Band conditions on 28 MHz on both Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th of January 2019 were pretty poor.
On the 12th of January shown above, just three signals were heard on FT8 on 28 MHz.
The 13th of January shown below was pretty much the same.
The most consistent signal on the band is that of G0OYQ on the east coast of England. I seem to hear him nearly every single morning when he is sending a CQ on FT8. I'd guess that the most likely propagation mode is via meteor scatter which is always better in the morning.
